I should not have to check my order and send the staff back not once but twice to fix said order. Learn to read
Honestly just the worst service and quality of food was not great either. We had to wait so long in the drive through and then when they finally gave us the order we sat and checked it and had to ask for food they had forgotten and then had to ask for our drinks that went with the meals and then had to ask for cutlery/wipe packets (the girl at the window just kept walking away and we had to wave her back to ask for what we needed). The girl was very blunt and rude, no apology for the long wait and no apology for our meals not being packed properly. There was also not an adult or anyone who looked remotely like a supervisor in sight. The whole place seemed run by unsupervised teenagers. There is little to no choice for take away in Port Pirie so they have the market cornered but come on! Take a little bit of pride in what you do guys.
Blonde young girl serving got my order wrong after going thriugh it 3 times. Not helpful at all.Needs to be trained on polite customer service and how to smile then i am sure she will be an asset to the business.Chips need to be cooked properly. Soggy chips are foul!Second time here and second time my son vomited his meal. Never happens in other KFC stores.Young lad giving order was great.
Have to say after months of being disappointed with wrong orders, no salt on chips when you specifically ask for extra salt and just stuff ups in general! heading out of town today so got takeaway and yet again no serviettes in our bag thanks KFC will just wipe my greasy fingers on my clothes!!!!
Great group of hard working youngsters run off their feet but still able to deliver their service with beautiful smiles and great attitudes and willing to help and make you feel great every time you visit another beautiful clean friendly establishment with wonderful ppl taking care of their customers every time you visit
