Very basic motel. Was neat and tidy,the pool was clean and the owner went of his way to help.
Had our work Christmas show around the pool area. Very well catered for.
Travelway Motel in Port Pirie is a great place to stay as it's in the centre of Port Pirie town ship. It's clean and comfortable and its quiet which is one thing that I like. The cost of staying there is quite reasonable, I recommend a good place to stay.
We had car troubles and needed a place to stay, with our cat, and it was late, so everything was closed! The made us feel welcome even with the cat and we had a good night sleep in a warm and clean place! We had a chance to fix our car in the morning and the owner was making sure we are ok! The rooms were good and we sincerely recommend the place to everybody!!!
The cottage is a great addition to the motel. The rooms are comfortable and the cottage has all the amenities required for a longer stay. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Spencer Gulf Prawns as a main, very generous serve. Beef cheeks were tender and the sauce very tasty again a very generous serve. Fisherman's basket was also well presented and a great serving as well. Finally the fillet mignon was well cooked with a beautiful mushroom gravy. Highly recommend eating in the motel .
