Rang up to make an enquiry on how much it would cost to get my hair done Ombre and she turned around and said they don't take new clients rather rudely dont bother ringing this salon

Wow. Just moved to town, looking for a trim for my son b4 xmas (good luck, I know!). I asked if there was any chance they could get him in, not expecting - more hoping, when I was asked if I usually come there. I said no and before I could explain I've just moved to town I was cut off and told, rather rudely, that they were full. Pity, it's the closest one to our house and we would have made this our regular. Being rude has just cost them 4 new customers.
