Asked for fresh fries and all they did was fill pack with old fries and put a few fresh on top to make it appear they were fresh.

A good place to hang out and catch up with friends or go through the drive-through and good tasting food but most of the food is unhealthy
Ordered tea for family, kiosk failed after taking my money out. It froze on payment successful screen. They would only give me my food if I paid again. They did offer to put the money into my account next day when it went through their end. Left them with my contact details. Six days later after no contact I returned with bank proof and they offered me my food. Agreed on refund after I declined.Mistakes happen but that wasn't handled correctly.
