Great place to have lunch whilst enjoying this historic hotels architecture.
Went to the Portside Tavern last night service was poor not enough staff to serve in the front bar the one bartender kept apologising not her fault under staffed. Went into dinning room busy night and the place looked like chaos took our seats and ordered 3 out of the meals came out in not to bad a time the 4th did not turn up till everyone else had finish eating the meal looked like it had been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes the mash potato had a crust over it and the chicken could have been used for a door mat it was that dry and hard Spoke to a young man about the meal he refunded the money for the meal and gave a voucher and ask us to give them another go, so thank you for that but still one person hungry and not a good start to a night out.
